📦 Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order arrive? Once your order leaves our workshop, delivery typically takes 2–10 business days depending on your location and the courier. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to start showing movement.

Which courier is delivering my parcel? You can see the courier name above your tracking updates. If you’d like to follow up with them directly, we’ve listed contact details for all our couriers here.

My tracking hasn’t updated – is that normal? Yes — especially in the first 48 hours after dispatch. Once the courier scans your parcel at their depot, tracking updates will begin. If it’s been more than 3 business days with no update, contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

Can I change my delivery address or redirect my parcel? Unfortunately, once your order is dispatched, we can’t change the address. You may be able to organise redirection through the courier — check their tracking page or contact them directly.

What if my parcel is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it? First, double-check around your property or with neighbours. If it’s still missing, contact the courier immediately with your tracking number — they can start an investigation. If you need more help, feel free to contact us.
